On July 21, 2025 I set out on a small experiment. Nothing extreme, nothing flashy — just 10 rounds of Dan John’s Humane Burpee each day. My goal wasn’t to break records, but to sneak in some extra strength work and see what consistency could do over time.

This experiment reinforced a lesson I try to teach my clients: you don’t need hours in the gym or an extreme program to get stronger.
